Ancestor Links for the Tamasovich, Gyomber and related Families

Some of these links could be considered "semi-private", but we are sharing with those who have expressed an interest. Much of this is still just raw data, and we are hoping that the reader will be in contact to add any thoughts, corrections or further information that can help piece together the history of this most interesting family.   5. This document, Tamasovich-Gyomber Family Notes, is somewhat difficult to read, and we do not know who exactly created it, but there is some good family history buried here.

  6. CAUTION: 4Mb File! This is a very comprehensive family history spanning many years written in 1955 by Elizabeth M. Dumbier Goymber. (Dumbier was, we believe, the Hungarian spelling of the Gyomber name.)

  7. Picture of the family taken in Dukes Park, NJ (poor quality and date unknown) with some familiar names.

  8. Here is an interesting family history starting with Marianna Payer in 1861 and going through about 1983. Some pages may be out of order - comments appreciated.

  9. Here is an email from Aunt Elizabeth (Elizabeth Fatzinger) to Steven Payer, author of the research listed in item 4 above, outlining some first hand family history.
